Terms / Booking Form

Our terms and conditions  are shown in full on the Booking Form - see below. Please note that unless otherwise agreed the price shown is for 1 week’s use of the relevant cottage from 3 p.m. on Saturday commencing to 10 a.m. on the following Saturday. Use of gas, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, duvets & pillows are included in the weekly rent.

Also note that a booking is not effective until accepted in writing by the owners and is subject to the hirer agreeing to the full terms and conditions on the Booking Form.

A deposit of £100 per week is paid when booking and the balance plus £100 Cleaning/Damage Bond is due 8 weeks before the start date. The Bond will be refunded in full by cheque within 7 days of departure provided the cottage is left clean and as found on arrival.
